Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am debuted his kick-off single from his upcoming hashtag album '#willpower' at the American Music Awards Sunday night (Nov. 20). The computerized song 'T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)' features Jennifer Lopez who won for Favorite Latin Music Artist during the night's telecast.

J. Lo was looking oh-so sexy in her sexy 'Tron'-inspired miniskirt, while will.i.am was dressed in a LED-light outfit. The whole performance matched perfectly with the tune's outer-worldly sound of computer blips and synthesize beats.

Not only that, will.i.am ingeniously enlisted the talents of  Fighting Gravity, who first utilized their creative light show/dance talents on NBC's competition show 'America's Got Talent.' The group brought their futuristic footwork to the stage, which greatly added to will.i.am and J. Lo's spacey performance.

A strange moment came when Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger joined the duo by way of videotape. Unfortunately, his rapping on the song was completely out of sync, which caused a brief WTF moment but we don't think anyone noticed.

All and all, will.i.am and Jennifer Lopez gave a stunning visual performance at the 2011 American Music Awards.
