Ouch! Handsome, hunky actor Zac Efron, who quietly underwent a stint in rehab earlier this year, has broken his jaw after a fall.

Efron, 26, sustained the shocking injury after he fell at his home in the L.A. area on Sunday, Nov. 10.

A source told PEOPLE that the actor, known for his incredible good looks, slipped on a puddle of water. According to E!, Efron did not see the puddle at the entrance of his home and that’s how he ate it.

As a result, the former ‘High School Musical’ actor had to have his jaw wired shut and got stitches, as well.

All promotional efforts for his upcoming film ‘That Awkward Moment’ are on ice while he recovers.

It sounds like Efron took a pretty bad fall. Having his jaw wired shut should cause him to lose weight as well.

We hope that Vanessa Hudgens’ ex is okay! We send our best out to Efron during the recovery phase. Falling on your face is no joke.
