ZZ Ward is back and displaying a fresher, sweeter sound with her single "LOVE 3X."

While still maintaining her soulful take on a blues/hip hop blend, Ward injects some shiny pop beats into "LOVE 3X," creating an infectiously catchy tune with slightly twisted, can’t-help-myself lyrics.

“There’s only one thing that would make me do / All the crazy shit I do when I’m next to you / It’s a little bit insane but it feels so right / And it keeps me coming back to you every night / It’s love! / Love, love love,” ZZ sings on the chorus while the M-I-E directed music video for “LOVE 3X” exudes ZZ’s swagger, style and confident stance. Check it out here.

“LOVE 3X” is the debut single off ZZ’s upcoming sophomore album, This Means War, which was produced by GRAMMY Award winner S1 (Kanye, Madonna, Eminem) and ZZ herself. On the album’s 10 tracks, ZZ lets her voice loose over an energetic and more rhythmic core. An EP is set for release on August 28th via Hollywood Records. ZZ Ward is also heading out on tour at the end of August and will be road-tripping throughout the U.S. til the end of October.

To celebrate her upcoming tour, PopCrush is giving away a special prize pack: 5 pairs of tickets to see ZZ Ward out on the road, plus a copy of This Means War for each winner!
