Ultimate PopCrush Music Festival

It's Aug. 1 and summer is beginning to wind down, and with it, so is festival season. We had a little fun with pop music and festivals this summer with our poll for the hypothetical Ultimate PopCrush Music Festival for 2013. The results are in for our totally fake but would-be-awesome-if-it-was-real live show!

As a true blue pop fan, which singers and musicians would fill your dream festival lineup? With the summer festival season on the horizon, the PopCrush staff got to thinking of potential festival lineups that would be fantastic for the year 2013, like which superstar headliners we'd recruit (Beyonce, Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars) and which entertainers we'd want to see live from other genres

If a festival happens with no EDM act, is it really a festival at all? We didn't think so -- so we're having you choose your dream dance act for our Ultimate PopCrush Music Festival.

Ain't no party like a PopCrush party cause a PopCrush party don't stop! How can you have a festival with today's most popular artists without a rapper? It's just not right!

In this round of voting for the Ultimate PopCrush Music Festival of 2013, indie-pop acts with a vast variety of sounds are competing for a slot. We've got a little bit of everything, from the folk-y Lumineers and sweet sounds of Ellie Goulding, to heavier, electro-inspired artists like Charli XCX and rock crossovers like Matt & Kim.

This might be one of the smaller polls in our Ultimate PopCrush Music Festival of 2013, with only five Alt Rock Acts vying for a spot on the lineup, but each of these bands packs a major punch. So, who will round out the sounds at your dream festival by providing a much-needed dose of "rock?" There are nominees from all spectrums of the genre, so it's really up to your own personal taste

While the Third Headliner option includes a bunch of boy bands, the Fourth Headliner is all about the up-and-coming, global superstars! Seriously, we've got a bunch of hot, young singers (boys and girls alike, and many from overseas), vying for a spot as the Fourth Headliner in the PopCrush Ultimate Music Festival. But it's up to you who makes the bill.

The choices for the Third Headliner for our Ultimate PopCrush Music Festival are absolutely unreal! It's truly a battle of the boy bands for billing at this fantasy musical celebration, but not without some stiff competition from the ladies as well!

While the First Headliner nominees for 2013's Ultimate PopCrush Music Festival are a serious force of star power to be reckoned with, the same could be said for the nominees in our Second Headliner slot.
