2011 Billboard Music Awards Worst Dressed Pictures

Although there weren't many worst dressed nominees from the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, there were definitely a few artists that showed up wearing some weird stuff.

If we had to pick one, Kesha would definitely be our winner for worst dressed. The singer was looking a bit 'Sleazy,' showing a lot of skin in an ill-fitting dress. She looks like some sort of awful glam rock, tooth fairy hybrid. Coming in at a close -- and we mean really close -- second is Justin Bieber, who was looking more like awards statue and less like a teen heartthrob in a cheesy gold, sparkly suit jacket. We know you are in Vegas, Bieber, but come on! Nicki Minaj is an honorable mention, but we have come to love her outrageous costumes, so we won't knock her too much.
