'American Idol' is going out with a huge bang on tonight's finale, as the two remaining contestants will perform with two country superstars. Scotty McCreery will be performing a duet with country luminary Tim McGraw, while Lauren Alaina will sing alongside her personal idol and former 'American Idol' winner, Carrie Underwood.

According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, the two teen 'Idol' hopefuls will be hitting the stage tonight to perform with the country giants. It is sure to be an entertaining evening, since all four of the country singers (including McCreery and Alaina) are known for their powerful vocals.

17-year-old McCreery is a natural onstage, so he will have no trouble playing off of McGraw, who is known for his commanding stage presence. On the other hand, 16-year-old Lauren Alaina has struggled with maintaining a confident demeanor onstage. Underwood can hopefully help out her younger 'Idol' counterpart, since she is also known for her exciting performances.

On top of these country duets, 'American Idol' is continuing to churn out the A-list guest appearances on the show, Lady Gaga, U2 members Bono and The Edge, and Tom Jones are also set to perform on the 'Idol' finale tonight. Haley Reinhart and James Durbin will also return to the stage for duets with Judas Priest and Tony Bennett. Tune in to FOX at 8PM EST to catch the star-studded finale!
