The 'Talk That Talk' songstress' stroke of bad luck occurred when she purchased a water-damaged mansion in Beverly Hills. RiRi didn't know that the property had been practically destroyed by a flood prior to 2009, when she purchased the mansion for $7 million. After struggling to sell the mansion for nearly two years, Rihanna finally got rid of the house for $5 million, losing $2 million in the deal. Looks like RiRi needs to hire a new real estate agent.
