Beyonce delivered a quietly powerful message in her clip promoting World Humanitarian Day.

In the black-and-white clip, Bey stands in a field, her hair in braids and makeup showcasing her natural beauty (seriously, who does a no makeup look better than Beyonce?) and urges her viewers to take action and be good to one another. In her signature honey-sweet voice, Beyonce smiles, “On Aug. 19, it’s high time we rise together. Do one thing for another human being. Nothing is too small," she adds. "It begins with each of us. Make your mark and say, 'I was here.'”

Footage of Beyonce is interspersed with shots of various humanitarian projects, ranging from schools full of giggling kids to adults holding hands. It's a moving visual that gets the message across beautifully.

Bey and songwriter Diane Warren will donate a video of Bey performing her power ballad ‘I Was Here’ in the United Nations General Assembly Hall in New York City in front of a live audience. The video will premiere on World Humanitarian Day, Aug. 19, and the U.N. hopes that the clip will reach 1 billion viewers. If anyone can make this happen, it's Queen Bey.

"One day. One message. One billion people taking action for each other," she grins. "I'll see you then."
