It’s Beyonce + Jay Z’s Mansion!

For the month of August, this beautiful abode belongs to Beyonce, Jay-Z and their little girl Blue Ivy! Currently, the swanky Bridgehampton, N.Y. mansion is on the market for $43.5 million. Knowing this, we think Bey and Jay got a pretty great deal for their temporary home away from home.

According to the Real Estalker, this gated mansion, also known as 'The Sandcastle,' has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, including a 2,800 square foot master suite with a private sun deck.

Other amenities included are a 60-foot heated swimming pool, a spa, tennis, basketball and raquetball courts, a 10-seat home theater with adjustable seats, a two-lane bowling alley, and a rock climbing wall. Best of all, this house includes a recording studio, so we're hoping the nearby beach inspires the superstar duo!

Although Blue Ivy may not be old enough for some of these perks, we're betting the hard-working couple will enjoy all of these amenities on their much needed vacation.
