It’s Demi Lovato’s Mansion!

That celebrity mansion belongs to superstar singer and 'X Factor' judge Demi Lovato! She purchased the Sherman Oaks, Calif. home back in 2010 for just $2.25 million -- quite a steal when it comes to high-class living.

According to the trusted folks over at The Real Estalker, the uber private, walled/gated-in Spanish-style house was constructed in 1928 and boasts four bedrooms and four and half baths, as well as a pool (with waterfall), a guest cottage and tennis court outside. There's tons of tropical foliage surrounding the pool area, as well, giving Demi her own shady oasis.
