'Glee' actor Darren Criss is guest starring on another TV program, and it's probably not one you'd expect. He'll be joining Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie on an upcoming episode of the animated series 'The Cleveland Show.'

E! reports the April 29 episode of the Seth MacFarlane cartoon is called 'Jesus Walks' and features Darren's character Hunter dueling with Cleveland Jr. to win the heart of choir girl Vanessa, played by Fergie. Cleveland Jr. actually signs up for church camp just to get a chance with Vanessa, which angers Hunter.

The animated Criss has curly hair and wears jeans and an aqua button-down shirt. Vanessa bears a vague resemblance to Fergie, though she's more conservatively-dressed than the 'My Humps' vocalist. The episode will take advantage of its guest star's musical talents with multiple musical numbers. One of the stills released from the show depicts Hunter singing in a church with a band behind him.

'The Cleveland Show,' a spinoff of 'Family Guy' built around Peter's neighbor Cleveland, is in its third season. The show airs on Sunday nights.
