Despite his busy schedule, everyone's favorite Warbler Darren Criss is undertaking yet another project. The actor will be stepping outside of the 'Glee' box in order to star in the dark comedy 'Imogene' alongside 'Bridesmaid' funny gal Kristen Wiig.

In the movie, Criss will play Wiig's younger love interest. The plot centers around the former 'SNL' starlet's character, as she is forced to move back in with her crazy mother in New Jersey after her suicide attempt to try and win back an ex-boyfriend fails. Cue Darren's character, who comes in just in time to whisk Wiig away from her wacky relatives.

Despite the fact that Criss is 24 and Wiig is almost 38, we're sure the actors will be just fine when it comes time to film intimate scenes. After all, Criss, who is actually straight, has no problem locking lips with Chris Colfer on 'Glee,' and Wiig has had to lock lips with pretty much everyone on the cast of 'Saturday Night Live' -- she even stars in a sketch called 'Kissing Family' about one of the weirdest, most overly affectionate families we have ever seen.

The movie sounds like it's going to be absolutely hilarious, but there is some bad news -- 'Imogene' will not be released until 2013. In the meantime, get your dose of Darren on the new season of 'Glee,' which premieres on September 20, or on Broadway when he replaces Daniel Radcliffe in 'How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying' in January 2012.
