Demi Lovato Performs ‘Give Your Heart a Break’ in a Boot at the Grove [Video]

Demi Lovato was a trooper at her Valentine's Day performance at the Grove. The 'X Factor' judge and erstwhile Disney darling was on hand to celebrate the opening of Topshop Topman in Los Angeles and delivered an awesome performance despite a pretty nasty leg injury.

Rocking a pretty rad studded boot, Lovato couldn't be as animated as she often gets onstage (no weave-flippin' here), but her vocals were absolutely on point as she performed a dancier version of 'Give Your Heart a Break.' Considering she had to hobble around on crutches just to get there following a leg injury, it's a pretty stunning showcase of her talent -- and makes us really excited for her new single, rumored to drop March 4!
