Demi Lovato Returns to Twitter

She’s back! Following a week-long break, Demi Lovato made her triumphant return to Twitter.

Lovato took her hiatus last week, writing, “Twitter break. It’s for the best actually. Who allows me to have this thing anyways?!!! I just get myself in trouble! Haha. Anyway… BYE!” While she didn’t specify what kind of “trouble” she tends to get herself into, it may have to do with some vague tweets following a breakup with Wilmer Valderrama — whom she’s never even admitted to dating in the first place.

“The smartest thing a woman can ever learn, is to never need a man,” she tweeted, after retweeting a quote from Marilyn Monroe:  “A wise girl kisses but doesn’t love, listens but doesn’t believe, and leaves before she is left.”

Lovato is such a prolific and frequent tweeter that her absence sparked rumors that the once-troubled starlet was back in rehab. (To be fair, this may also have been spawned by pure confusion when actress Demi Moore’s entry to rehab the same week.)

In any case, Demz is back in full force, posting, “Don’t believe the hype…. All is well! SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!! Love all my Lovatics… MUAH! xo” Her pal, stylist Maeve Reilly, tweeted a photo of herself and Lovato out to lunch, and our girl looks fantastic.
