Diddy’s $13.5 Million Colonial Style Home Put on the Market

If you've got $13.5 million to spare, you could be the proud new owner of Diddy's colonial style New Jersey mansion.

Yes, the rapper's Alpine, N.J. crib is now on the market. He purchased the house in 2004 for then-girlfriend Kim Porter and their son. Diddy paid only $6 million back then to buy the property, so if he gets the full asking price he can add house-flipper to his long list of professions.

The swanky home boasts seven bedrooms and nine full bathrooms with a tennis court, waterfall, indoor squash court, movie theater and six-car garage.

The new BET Award winner still has plenty of other real estate investments. According to the Boombox, Diddy also owns properties in Atlanta, Miami and New York, as well as another house he bought for Porter in California. Forbes also declared Diddy the richest rapper in the game, with an estimated wealth of $475 million.
