Drake Releases Limited Edition $4,900 Buffalo Leather Jacket

If you want to dress like Drake this winter, it'll only cost you $4,900. The rapper's October's Very Own brand has teamed up with Canada Goose to release a bomber jacket made of buffalo leather.

Called the OVO x Canada Goose Chilliwack jacket, the coat is available starting today at the website of New York retailer Nepenthes and at international locations in Japan and Canada. According to the Nepenthes site, the jacket has "a buffalo leather exterior, silk lined interior (printed with the OVO owl motif), a snorkel hood with removable fox fur trim and 24-karat gold plated hardware."

The site brags that the designers "fused luxury and functionality to create the ultimate parka." At that price, it had better be be the ultimate winter jacket!

While its use of both fur and leather probably won't make animal rights organizations happy, the coat is a lot more fashionable than the leopard-print monstrosity Drake sports in 'The Motto' video, so it's a winner in terms of appearance. Check out pics of the jacket here.
