Ed Sheeran has released a brand-new video for his latest single, 'Small Bump,' in which he endures what may be hours in a hospital waiting room, observing all that happens around him.

In the clip, we see the ginger-haired singer sitting and singing, as a single camera floats slowly through the space and around the U.K. native. He flutters out his heavy-hearted tune, while fans see a woman sitting behind him, a child running through the halls and two men carrying their beat-up friend into a room.

Sheeran looks notably somber singing the gorgeous acoustic tune, which artfully describes the painful emotions surrounding the loss of a child. In short, it's impossible not to be moved by the video.

'Small Bump' appears on the 21-year-old's debut album, '+,' which was released last year and went on to reach triple-platinum status in the U.K. Sheeran won British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act at the 2012 BRIT Awards, following his wins for Breakthrough Artist and Best Single for 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' at the 2011 Q Awards. The deluxe version of his '+' LP is set to arrive on June 12 on iTunes, and is available for preorder now.
