Ed Sheeran took home the gold gramophone for Song of the Year at the 2016 Grammy Awards for his 2015 song “Thinking Out Loud.”

“Thinking Out Loud” was up against a strong shortlist of contenders this year, including Kendrick Lamar‘s “Alright,” Taylor Swift‘s “Blank Space,” Little Big Town’s “Girl Crush” and “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa featuring Charlie Puth.

This marks Sheeran’s second Grammy award. He won Best Pop Solo Performance earlier in the night, also for “Thinking Out Loud.”
