Eminem Is Now the Most ‘Liked’ Person on Facebook

Eminem is now the most popular person on Facebook, living or dead, according to social media tracking site Famecount. Em recently took out Lady Gaga as the living person with the most Facebook fans, but he remained second to Michael Jackson, who had the most “likes” overall on the social networking site.

Well, the late, great Jackson’s reign is over, as Eminem, is now the most popular person on Facebook, with over 29 million people liking him on his official fan page. Jackson was the most popular entity on Facebook for 20 months, but Em, no doubt propelled by the jaw-dropping success of 'Recovery,' began adding more "likes" at a clip of 100,000 per day and overtook the King of Pop to become the King of Facebook.

But that's not the only social networking achievement Eminem will enjoy. He is on track to become the first person in history to achieve over 30 million likes on Facebook. Famecount estimates he will reach that mark next week.
