Fifth Harmony know they're #WORTHIT. Accordingly, they've gone and upgraded their management team.

While in the midst of hitting the studio to record their Reflection follow-up, the girls have signed to Maverick Management, Guy Oseary's (Madonna) super-group joint venture with Live Nation launched in 2014 alongside a team of several high-power managers including Larry Rudolph (Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus), Ron Laffitte (Pharrell, Alicia Keys) and Gee Roberson (Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj).

Prior to Maverick, the group was managed by Jared Paul at Faculty Productions.

Despite some awkward talk of an eventual break-up in recent interviews, this latest move ought to instill some major faith in the next chapter of Fifth Harmony.
