There's nothing 'Glee'-ful about this lawsuit. Mark Salling, who plays the sometimes troubled Puck on the Fox musical series, is being sued for sexual battery. Continue at your discretion -- the story gets pretty disturbing and may not be appropriate for younger or more sensitive readers.

TMZ reports that Salling, 30, is being sued by an ex, Roxanne Gorzela, who began dating Salling in September 2010. Gorzela's suit claims that in March 2011, Gorzela agreed to engage in intimate activity with Salling under the condition that he used a condom. The suit alleges that Salling forced himself upon Garzela without one. Gorzela claims that after she protested the action, Salling stopped -- but then did it again.

The plaintiff added that a month later when she went to Salling's home to confront him about the incident and possible health repercussions, she found him in bed with another woman. When she demanded that he prove he was STD-free, Gorzela claims that Salling pushed her to the ground. Gorzela met with police to file a report the same day.

Salling's publicist issued a statement to TMZ about the charges. "There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."

These charges are extremely serious and unsettling if they're true. Here's hoping justice is served for all those involved and that the matter is resolved quickly and with as little trouble as possible.
