MAC Cosmetics has a relatively long history of collaborating with some of music's most exciting stars. From Lady Gaga to Lorde to Rihanna to Miley Cyrus, the cult cosmetics company has teamed up with countless music artist on many glamorous and edgy collaborative campaigns and limited edition collections.

On March 17, the makeup brand will launch yet another music-fueled makeup collection, this time focusing on a handful of rising rather than established stars. R&B princess Tinashe, Detroit rapper Dej Loaf, alt-pop artist Halsey, and soul songstress Jillian Hervey of Lion Babe are all set to drop special products through Future Forward, MAC's latest collaborative campaign aimed at promoting emerging and innovative musicians.

"It feels like a great thing to be able to support artists who are breaking through but aren’t necessarily at the top top, to push them forward," SVP and Creative Director James Gager told Billboard of the collaboration. "We’ve always done that sort of thing with fashion designers, and to me, it’s most interesting to introduce these artists, as well as our MAC fans, to new people."

As for the different products, the campaign will begin with Tinashe, whose "Times Nine Palette" will contain eye shadows with names derived from some song of her songs (like an eye-shadow color called "All Hands on Deck"). Rapper Dej Loaf will follow suit with a nude "Lipglass" lip-gloss, with Halsey's gunmetal blue-gray lipstick and Lion Babe's metallic gold liquid liner releasing towards the end of the campaign in April.
