Iggy Azalea's been having a rough go of things lately. From the time Azealia Banks blasted her on Twitter (saying she wanted to throw a jar of pee at her) to that brief feud between her and Snoop Dogg, to those recent threats that the Internet group, Anonymous, plans on releasing a sex tape of Iggy's if she doesn't comply to their wishes, there's no doubt things have been kind of difficult for the Australian rapper. But it looks like she's finally had enough, and took to Twitter today to fire back at critics suggesting she lacks the knowledge to be an expert on hip-hop.

After will.i.am tweeted in support of Iggy, she decided to post about the idea of being called inauthentic, saying: "Most people learn every and anything they can about the subjects they are passionate about, I'm no different. I find it patronizing to assume I have no knowledge of something I'm influenced by, but I've also grown up with strangers assuming that. So it's completely fine and I'm used to it by now. I don't lose any sleep over it."

She went on to say that she felt there was no point in her trying to defend herself against people who didn't believe her, and that she wouldn't waste her time. You can check out the rest of her tweets below.

She then signed off after wishing fans a Merry Christmas.
