Kanye West surprised everyone at Coachella when he joined in on The Weeknd's set on Saturday night (April 18).

The Weeknd returned for the second round of Coachella with another strong performance. However being the night's closer, the Canadian crooner wanted to end things on a high note. So as he was singing his own soulful rendition of Kanye West's "Heartless," Yeezus then ran out onstage to kick off "Can't Tell Me Nothing," off his 2007 album, Graduation. Soon after the crowd realized who the special guest was, everyone erupted into cheers and started singing along.

The Chicago rapper didn't stop there. He then did his own mini set and performed tracks that included “Black Skinhead,” “Don’t Like (Remix),” and his latest single “All Day,” which you can see above.

The fans couldn't get enough of this show and were so happy they came during the second weekend of the annual music festival. One attendee tweeted, "I JUST WANNA TELL THE WORLD THAT I SAW KANYE TODAY AT COACHELLA WITH THE WEEKND LIKE FOUR ROWS AWAY AND I CAN DIE HAPPY."

Kanye is no stranger to Coachella and has played it many times. His most recent appearance was as a headliner in last year's event. But after his surprise appearance last night, Kanye obviously doesn't need to be on the official bill to actually perform at Coachella. And we're definitely not complaining about that.
