Katy Perry Teases ‘Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)’ Video; Hanson to Make Cameo

Katy Perry stars as Kathy Beth Terry in her ’90s-inspired ‘Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)‘ music video, and in this 35-second clip, gives fans a little taste of what they can expect. Oh, and that includes one of the biggest bands of the ’90s — Hanson!
This teaser is short, but in short, it’s awesome. At the open, we see a nerdy Perry (Terry) in her head-gear, trying to remember where she was the night before. Oh, yeah, she was rocking it as Miss Cool at a Friday night party! Not only does she induce our gag reflex by puking into a roller skate, but she becomes, like, totally mortified when her right boob pops out at the bash.
We happened to notice a Hanson drumset in a split-second shot, and our suspicions are confirmed when a pin-up of the grown-up band makes a cameo on the cork board at the end. Really, it would only be fitting that the brother trio would shake Terry and the high schooler party-goers with their 1997 earth-shattering hit, ‘Mmmbop,’ like they did back in the day. Too bad Kathy Terry won’t remember anything when she wakes up the next morning!
The ‘Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)’ premieres in full on June 14. Totally rad!
