Lady Gaga's little monsters are the keepers of the keys to her kingdom! For her Born This Way Ball world tour (which launched today, April 27, in South Korea), the Mother Monster will be giving a replica gold skeleton key necklace, which looks like the pink-haired, tux-wearing, skeleton version of Gaga from the 'Born This Way' video, to the first little monster in line at all 110 shows.

That fan will then be asked to sign the real key to the Monster Pit, the general admission area around the stage. The set up looks like a castle, so this is literally like having the key to the kingdom!

She tweeted:"This is a necklace I'll give to the first monster in line every night at the Ball. It's a symbol of the "key" that opens the pit every night."

She then posted: "The real monster pit key will be signed by this fan and returned to me. There'll be 110 necklaces&signatures Mar. 2013."

So it sounds like Gaga is collecting signatures as mementos from her lil monsters and they, in turn, have a keepsake from her. The gold key is super cool, with Gaga's ponytail incorporated into it. Get there early, kids!

She also tweeted about South Korea's reaction to her, posting: "I can you hear you Korea. I'm shaking."
