Madonna wasn't kidding when she said she was furious that her song 'Gimme All Your Luvin'' leaked while she was working on it. The song circulated online last month much to Madge's chagrin. Subsequently, an investigation into who leaked the song was launched and a 31-year-old Spanish man was found to be the culprit.

Reuters reports that the man, whose name has not been released, was arrested in Zaragoza, which is located in northern Spain, on Wednesday (Dec. 21) and was charged with leaking the song. The only details that have been revealed are that his initials are "J.M.R." and that he is a big Madonna fan. Now he's a big Madonna fan who has a permanent spot on the Material Girl's s--- list, which is one place where we personally wouldn't want to be.

Madonna's team traced the leak to Spain, which is known as one of the world's leading violators of copyrights, and the authorities found the recordings when they searched J.M.R.'s belongings. How he got a hold of the tune is not exactly clear at this point.

The arrest, however, should deter other Madonna "fans" from leaking her music early and without permission. Lesson learned: Do not f--- with Madonna.
