Malia Obama has just landed one of the coolest internships around this summer -- working on the set of the HBO show, Girls.

She will reportedly be working with the hit series' creator and star, Lena Dunham.

“She’s a fan, and she mentioned that to Lena [Dunham] when she came to the White House,” a source close to the show told Us Weekly. “I’m not sure how long she’ll be interning for. It’s a bit of a trial thing for her. They’ve known each other and discussed for a while. Lena and her get along great.”

The first daughter, who turned 17 over the weekend (July 4), has already been spotted on the set in Brooklyn.

And although she's still in high school, this internship isn't her first. Malia was a production assistant for actress Halle Barry for the CBS series Extant. She is also an intern at a fashion house right now, a source informed Us Weekly.

Malia, who'll be graduating from Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C. in 2016, has also been reportedly looking at different colleges including New York University, Stanford University, the University of California at Berkeley and her dad's alma mater, Columbia University.

Congrats and good luck to Malia on her new gig this summer!
