Marc Anthony finally filed from divorce from estranged wife, Jennifer Lopez. Is it us or did we just assume this happened already?!

TMZ reports that Anthony, whose real name, Marco Muniz, is used in the filing, cited "irreconcilable differences" from Lopez, who was listed as "Jennifer Muniz" in the paperwork. Anthony is requesting joint legal and physical custody of the former couple's four-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and requested that the judge ignore any requests from Lopez for spousal support. We doubt she needs it -- she's making $12 million from 'American Idol' alone!

The soon-to-be-official-exes announced their separation in July, but haven't really addressed the split in detail since then. The split will be the third divorce for Lopez, who was previously married to Ojani Noa and dancer Cris Judd, and the second for Anthony, who was previously wed to Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.

Anthony and Lopez have a bit of an unconventional divorcee relationship. The duo said their split made them closer and are working together on 'Q'Viva! The Chosen' on Fox. Anthony is dating Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima, while J. Lo recently filmed her steamy 'Dance Again' video with hunky new beau Casper Smart. We're glad they're both moving on so well!
