Martha Stewart Says Gwyneth Paltrow ‘Needs to Be Quiet’

Martha Stewart isn't phased by the recent trend of celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow creating lifestyle brands of their own. But she doesn't have nice things to say about Paltrow.

While speaking with Net-a-Porter Porter's magazine (quotes via Page Six), Stewart took swipes at the Academy Award-winning actress' Goop brand and blog, saying, "She just needs to be quiet. She’s a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn’t be trying to be Martha Stewart."

Ouch!

This wouldn't be the first time Stewart has criticized Paltrow. In December of 2013, when asked by a TMZ photographer what she thought about Paltrow becoming a lifestyle coach, Stewart remarked, "Lifestyle coach? Oh, for heaven's sake, you have to have lived to be a coach."
