Meghan Trainor on Rumored New Boyfriend: ‘It’s Great, He’s Cool’ [VIDEO]

Meghan Trainor's lips are movin', but she's playing coy about her rumored new boyfriend, Cory Anderson.

"He's a good friend," she said with a cheeky smile during an interview on 'Entertainment Tonight.' "On the Jingle Ball tour I met a lot of good people and good friends. It's great. He's cool."

While the 'All About That Bass' singer didn't confirm her romance with Nick Jonas' manager, she did emphasize the fact that she'd love to have a special someone in her life right now.

"I'd love to have a boyfriend. A boyfriend sounds great," she revealed. "I didn't realize the whole world wanted to know about it. So I don't know how to deal with that. But I'll learn."

And she'll learn from those who have had plenty of romances in the public eye, like her idol, Jennifer Lopez.

"I was like, 'How do you have boyfriends in this industry?'" Meghan recalled of her "starstruck" meeting with J.Lo. "She just said be very picky."

"I was starstruck the whole time," Meghan continued. "That was the first one that I was like, 'OK, this is epic.' I told her that 'Selena,' her movie, was the reason I wanted to be a singer."

And to think that there are probably thousands of young girls out there now being inspired in the same way from Meghan's hit track, 'All About That Bass.' So cool.
