We're onto you, Michelle Williams!

The former Destiny's Child singer has shot down reports of a reunion of the girl group with halftime performer Beyonce at the Super Bowl, despite set lists of their hits being released ... but she may just be covering her butt.

Williams spoke to WRUG (via Capital FM) and pooh-poohed any talk of a DC performance this Sunday, Feb. 3. "That's not confirmed," she said. "It is rumored. I'm gonna be in the musical 'Fela!'," she explained. "I hate to disappoint the people and tell them that it's not true."

However, we did some digging, and we think Williams may be fibbing. She is going to be in 'Fela!' However, she won't be in 'Fela!' on Super Bowl Sunday. The Super Bowl is Feb. 3 in New Orleans, La. Williams' run with 'Fela!,' per the show's website, doesn't begin until Tuesday, Feb. 5. It even specifies, "Michelle Williams will not be appearing January 31st – 3rd."

Chances are Williams doesn't want to spoil the already spoiled reunion surprise. The ladies are slated to join Queen Bey for a three-song medley, following 'Crazy in Love' (performed solo). The rumored set list is ‘Bills, Bills, Bills,’ followed by ‘Survivor’ and ending with their latest, ‘Nuclear.’
