Miley Cyrus Denies Getting a Boob Job

As real as it gets. That's what Miley Cyrus' assets just below the neck are. The teen is shooting down rumors that she got an upgrade and had a boob job, after photos of her in a low-cut, revealing yellow dress on the red carpet of the CNN Heroes 2011 Awards on Dec. 11 lead to such speculation.

Star (courtesy of Radar Online) even discussed Miley's ample, full bosom in the photos with a plastic surgeon named Dr. Tahl Humes, who commented that the singer's boobs look augmented. Dr. Humes said, "Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done. If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation." Hmm, you sure it's not that she's a young, genetically blessed teen?

Cyrus actually got wind of the good doc's speculation and issued a tweet on the matter, seeming to prove his expert opinion wrong. Cyrus, who turned 19 last month, posted: "Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"

There you have it. Miley Cyrus' twins are all natural and her own. No upgrade. No boosting. No cup size increase. Back off, haters! Don't be jealous that Miley Cyrus is beautifully au naturel.
