Finally, something that's weirder than Miley Cyrus' 'We Can't Stop' video. A picture of the singer "making out" with a man dressed like a giant baby with a massive, mutant head --who looks nothing like her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, mind you -- has surfaced online.

We hope this was Liam playing dress up because the singer is really getting in there and swapping spit with this, uh, creature.

Okay, we get that Miley is totally into being perceived as weird and rebellious but this is ridic. The liplock is open-mouthed, but who knows what's under that huge head? That's some cranium.

Perez Hilton tweeted the image, writing: "This is like #Herpes, it’s the gift that keeps on giving!"

We don't know when or where it was taken, but it is believed that it was snapped at Beacher's Madhouse in Miley's hometown of L.A. It's one of her favorite haunts and boasts cabaret and sideshow acts.

So that explains a lot.

While we like freaks and sideshow attractions as much as the next guy, we don't want 'em all up in our grill. This mask might not even have a hole where the mouth is, but still.
