R&B songbird Monica has released an emotional new video for 'Until It's Gone,' her latest single from her forthcoming seventh LP 'New Life.' Fair warning, if you're going to watch this video have a tissue handy.

The clip stars Malinda Williams ('Soul Food') as a devoted wife who confronts her husband, played by Brian White ('I Can Do Bad All By Myself'), about his cheating ways as they drive in a car. The couple gets into an accident that leaves Malinda's character in the ICU and the hubby with a nasty scar on his face.

Monica plays the close friend who tells the husband that his infidelities are the reason everyone, including his wife's family, are sitting in the hospital. If that's not all, the couple has a cute son who doesn't understand why everyone has contempt for his daddy. We won't spoil the ending for you, but let's just say that it's a tear-jerker.

Monica is certainly bringing the drama with her new video, which was directed by Diane Martel. All and all, the singer is relaying a valuable life message throughout the clip -- love the one you're with and don't cheat on your spouse. We can dig it.
