Adam DeVine and Rebel Wilson certainly proved actions speak louder than words as the winners of Best Kiss at tonight's (April 10) 2016 MTV Movie Awards.

The Pitch Perfect 2 co-stars, who beat out the likes of Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan of Fifty Shades of Grey and Amy Schumer and Bill Hader of Trainwreck to win the coveted golden popcorn initially acted as if they had no chemistry. Soon, though, sparks began to manifest, and by the end of the acceptance speech, DeVine had completely mounted Wilson to uproarious applause.

"I'm not aroused by his little Cabbage Patch face and his tight little bubble butt," Wilson tried to insist, though all evidence was clearly to the contrary. In this case, full-blown aca-traction simply could not be helped.

The actors' Pitch Perfect 2 characters, Fat Amy and Bumper, kissed in the movie after one particularly rousing rendition of Pat Benetar's "We Belong." The tune was cut short, though, when a quick peck between the pair eventually gave way to horizontal groping among a collection of yard furniture.

DeVine and Wilson follow in the footsteps of 2015 Best Kiss winners Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley for the actors' emotionally charged lip-lock from The Fault in Our Stars.
