One Direction’s fourth album is just around the corner and we’re finally getting a few signs of what’s to come!

Three songs have been newly listed as recorded by One Direction on ASCAP, meaning the band hit the studio for these songs and, somewhere in the world, they exist with the guys’ vocals. Cue our excited screaming. (Note: ASCAP is a copyright organization for songwriters, publishers and performers.)

The first is a song called ‘Blame It All On You,’ and though we know nothing about it aside from the title, we’re going to hazard a guess that this is an angry breakup song. Or maybe a love song, as in blaming it all on you for making me fall in love. There are so many possibilities, and we would be happy to discuss them all day.

Next up is ‘Want You to Be There.’ Not only does the song title sound super sweet, but — wait for it — Harry helped write it! He’s been on a writing rampage lately, penning lyrics with the likes of Kodaline, OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder and 1D, of course.

Last but definitely not least is ‘Whatever She Wants,’ and this is automatically our favorite because ASCAP lists Niall, Zayn, Liam, Louis and Harry as writers. Any song written by all five guys has got to be amazing!

Of course, there’s no official word on what these songs are for. They could be a part of the band’s upcoming album, set for release later this year, or they might not make the cut. But we’ll hope for the best, because we’re dying to hear these new songs!
