Panic! at the Disco’s Brendon Urie Open to Collaborating With Miley Cyrus or Taylor Swift [EXCLUSIVE]
There’s (almost) nothing the PopCrush staff loves more than when our favorite artists join forces for an epic music project. We recently chatted with Panic! at the Disco singer Brendon Urie, and after learning he’s a fan of Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift, we couldn’t resist asking if a possible collaboration with either artist is in the works.
“I haven’t talked to anybody yet on their teams, but I’m definitely not opposed to it,” Brendon told PopCrush. “I’m a fan of theirs, honestly. I wasn’t really a fan of Miley’s until this last record where I was like ‘OK, people are shitting on her for growing up and coming into her own,’ but it’s like, I think that’s awesome. She’s doing so much … And T. Swift, honestly from the get-go I was into that girl. She’s super talented, really smart songwriter, really fun. She seems like really fun to work with. Either way, it would just be fun.”
We’ve got our fingers crossed that one (or both!) of these collabs work out. We’re big fans of Brendon’s, and we imagine him teaming up with Miley or Taylor would be nothing short of epic.
Stay tuned for our full interview with Brendon, coming soon!
