Celebrated DJ Paul van Dyk has recruited Adam Young of Owl City for his new single, 'Eternity,'  a sunny, infectious track from van Dyk's upcoming album 'Evolution.' You can hear 'Eternity' exclusively on PopCrush!

The dance song reveals a pulsing but gentle soundscape that complements Young's vocals as he daydreams about his perfect love:

"When I lift off / When both my feet leave the ground / Will you be there where the skyline ends? / When I take flight / When the black of night calls me home / Will you be there when the dream begins?"

The dance beat drops out briefly as Young declares, "The smallest drop in the ocean / Can start a wave of emotion / My dear, I wish I could hold you safe in my arms / From here to eternity."

Young seems like a natural choice to sing on the track. We're used to hearing his voice on Owl City's spacey electronic pop, and it's a good fit on the brighter, more up-tempo 'Eternity.' This is a song you can expect to hear at parties and in dance clubs.

With a two-decade career that has seen him capture nearly every accolade a DJ can earn, van Dyk is one of the most successful electronic dance music artists of all-time. His latest album 'Evolution' arrives at retailers on April 3, and is available for pre-order from van Dyk's website. The 'Eternity' music video will premiere tomorrow (Mar. 9) on MTV.
