The PopCrush Fan Choice Awards: The Polls Are Now Open
You came. You saw. You liked, commented, faved, retweeted and subscribed. (Erm, speaking of, have you subscribed to us on YouTube yet?)
It's time now to kick off our annual PopCrush Fan Choice Awards, a series of Very Important Polls dedicated to the best, worst, WTF-iest and meme-iest moments provided to us in pop culture over the past eleven-ish months.
We've witnessed/endured/shook and cried over a lot this year, from Kanye West's legendary MTV Video Music Awards Vanguard speech-turned-serious-bid-for-the-presidency-in-2020 to Madonna's fall-heard-round-the-world to an endless series of "Hotline Bling" memes that continue to awkwardly dance through our timelines daily. (Thanks, Drake.) There have been incredible albums, amazing movies and unbelievably entertaining YouTubers and Viners who have since shot to superstardom overnight. And starting today, we're celebrating all of that.
Each day this week, we'll be unveiling the categories and nominees for the highly coveted PopCrush Fan Choice Awards. And, in case the name didn't give it away, the honor is bestowed on our winners based entirely on your vote.
You will decide who wins each PopCrush Fan Choice Award, which means you better galvanize the fellow members of your respective fanbases (c'mon all you Directioners, Lovatics and Glamberts — and everyone else!), get your voting fingers ready to take home the digital gold on December 1.
We'll keep this post updated with all the categories as they arrive, so that you can easily access all of them to place your vote. And remember: It's all up to you, PopCrushers.
