"Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word": True for Elton John, VERY true for Rebel Wilson.

The comedian and former MTV Movie Awards host, who chided The Kardashian family last week for seeking fame without a discernible talent, has tried to make nice on Twitter after backlash, even though her instincts are very clearly against the idea.

"I'd be very happy to debate the Kardashians anywhere / anytime / any topic," she began, before noting "Or maybe their publicist can just stop the smear campaign against me because I made one prompted comment about them on Australian radio?"

Yikes! It sound like the aggression hadn't waned one bit, but finally, she conceded a little bit:

"In any event, I'm MORE than over this little thing and wish the K clan well X even sent them flowers," she concluded.

During an interview with Australia’s KIIS 1065 on November 4, Wilson claimed she'd previously been pitched an opportunity to work with Kylie and Kendall Jenner, but turned down the gig because of what she said the sisters represent in the entertainment industry.

"…it’s just that everything they stand for is against everything I stand for," she said. "…they’re not famous for talent. I worked really hard to get where I’ve gotten to."

Do you think Wilson's apology is sincere? Does she even have reason to atone? Give us your take below.
