Billboard's Hot 100 chart recently unveiled its weekly lineup, and both 'American Idol' winner Scotty McCreery and his co-pilot Lauren Alaina are sitting high with impressive Top 20 debuts.

As the 'Idol' leader, McCreery takes the front-runner position on the charts. Not only did is debut single, 'I Love You This Big' make the biggest splash of any new artist ever on the country charts, but the song premiered at No. 11 on the Hot 100's Hot Shot chart and at No. 3 on Digital Songs for an astonishing number of downloads.

Alaina and her first single, 'Like My Mother Does,' cleaned up nicely, too. The song launched at No. 20 on the Hot 100 chart and No. 11 on Digital Songs, and at No. 49 overall in the country world.

McCreery's two-step into the chart world toppled that of 'Idol' alum Lee DeWyze, whose 'Beautiful Day' cover single came in at at No. 24 on the Hot 100 with 95,000 downloads back in 2010.

We think it's safe to say that super duo Scotty and Lauren are headed for big things in the music industry. Congrats to them both!
