Less than a month after a horrific jet ski crash that caused him to suffer a broken jaw, a fractured wrist and water to fill his lungs, hip-hop star Sean Kingston has been released from the hospital.

Kingston was involved in a jet ski crash in Florida during the Memorial Day holiday weekend and was in critical and then serious condition at one point, but he has recovered nicely. TMZ reports that the rapper left the hospital on Tuesday — with mom, no less. Kingston’s accident could have ended up with worse results, so PopCrush is happy that he is healing and that he is able to finish his recovery in the comforts of his home.

Kingston tweeted a photo of himself earlier this week that he was feeling better and thankful to be healing. He posted this note: “Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!” We’re also thrilled to see that the accident has not hampered or dampened Kingston’s spirits.
