It may only be Tuesday, but as soon as you hear 16-year-old rapper Ronnie Banks on Slaptop's 'Sunrise,' you're gonna be "ready for the weekend," as the song goes -- and PopCrush has the exclusive premiere of the remixed track!

Multi-talented musician/producer/DJ Slaptop (who remixed Maroon 5's 'Maps') already brings those chill, laid-back vibes on the single -- but Ronnie Banks brings the fun and excitement, infusing the funky tune with his energetic rhymes.

"Every day is the weekend, and we just can't get enough," Banks raps with ease. "…'Cause we're young and we love it / And we just don't give a ---- / Put your hands in the air / Dance 'til the sun come up." If that doesn't make you want to drop everything and party, we don't know what does.

Banks, who already has a strong following of loyal fans on Vine, Twitter and more, is busy gearing up for the release of his debut single, 'Wake Up,' which is set to drop in October. He recently signed with Dorian Distribution/300 Entertainment (also Slaptop's label) and is definitely an emerging artist to watch.
