It was almost a boy band brouhaha and throwdown when Justin Timberlake allegedly declared that his former boy band 'N Sync are/were better than current genre rulers One Direction. Whoa! WTF is up with dat?
It's been a busy August for Lance Bass. First, he reunited with his boy band 'N Sync for 15 seconds of screen time at last Sunday's MTV VMAs. Now the singer is marrying his boo! Yep, Lance Bass is engaged to his boyfriend of nearly two years.
Before the broadcast, Justin Timberlake joked that receiving the Video Vanguard Award at the 2013 MTV VMAs was receiving the "You Got Old Award." Well, the way he sang and danced tonight (Aug. 25), turning in an epic medley of tunes and inviting his former 'N Sync bandmates to join him, proved him to be anything but old.
Remember last week when we deemed 'N Sync member Lance Bass a destroyer of dreams and a crusher of hopes, when he "appeared" to shut down the reunion rumors for the MTV Video Music Awards tonight (Aug. 25)? We did point out that Bass never said "it's not happening." He was coy and noncommittal, but we sorta tried to accept that it wasn't happening, to avoid disappointment. Well, we're glad we clung to hope, as the band joined Twitter yesterday, which feels like a telltale sign the Sync are headed to Reunionville.
Lance Bass is not just former boy bander or a SiriusXM radio host. He is a crusher and destroyer of dreams. On his satellite radio show 'Dirty Pop,' the singer shot down the rampant rumor that his ex-band 'N Sync would reunite at the VMAs this Sunday, Aug. 25.
Whoa! This came out of nowhere, if it is indeed true. Long broken up boy band 'N Sync, whose most famous member is Justin Timberlake, will reunite for a special performance at the MTV VMAs this Sunday (Aug. 25) night in Brooklyn.
