Taylor Lautner Wants to Sing Britney Spears on ‘Glee’

‘Twilight’ heart-throb Taylor Lautner won’t deny that he’s bitten by the ‘Glee‘ bug … Or that he gets down to Britney Spears. In a recent MTV interview, the 19-year-old star dished that he’d sing some old-school Britney if he were ever to appear on ‘Glee.’

“Not that my fans would want to hear me sing a song,” he says modestly, “But if I had to choose it would (either) be ‘Oops! I Did It Again.’” We’ll do the math for you — Mr. Lautner was exactly 8-years-old when Brit’s big 2000 hit took the world by storm.

He continues, “I don’t know why, I would just randomly break into that song.” Lautner admits that Britney is back and better than ever, and that he loves her latest album, ‘Femme Fatale.’ “Yeah! For sure,” he says. “I love her new album, it’s cool.”

Taylor Lautner and the whole ‘Twilight’ crew are currently in Canada filming the final installment of the saga, ‘Breaking Dawn.’
