The bad blood may have successfully been scrubbed from Taylor Swift's and Calvin Harris' breakup crime scene — at least one report says they're back in a friendly place.

The couple, who split in June after 15 months together, have managed to let go of some consequent hostility and are friendly again, according to TMZThe site insists there's absolutely no possibility that the exes will reunite, and that their ceasefire has so far only played out over text. But considering how bad things got in the aftermath of the split, any sort of harmony is a genuine feat.

Early reports said the couple initially split peacefully, and that love had simply faded away. Later on in July, though, when news broke that Swift had written lyrics for Harris' "This Is What You Came For," Harris, who felt slighted, went off on Swift via Twitter. "I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do," he wrote. "I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy [Perry] ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it."

Harris expanded on the breakup in a 2016 interview with GQ, noting "...when it ended, all hell broke loose." There were also rumors that Harris' latest song, "My Way," was about Swift, but Harris told the Z100 Morning Show he actually came up with the concept for the song years ago, and that it's about days he spent yearning to leave his small town grocery store job in Scotland.
