Taylor Swift might be expanding her resume to include an against-type role in 'The Secret Service,' a spy film featuring Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson, as well as soccer star David Beckham.

Rumor has it T. Swizzle was offered a part as a girl who is kidnapped by Jackson's villain and then escapes. The role would require some extensive physical training in the martial arts field so that the singer could "convincingly kick Samuel L. Jackson's butt."

Wow! Could you imagine Swift playing a bad ass to Jackson's bad ass? America's Sweetheart would be a buttkicker. Maybe her friendship with Selena Gomez, who has been playing against type in movies like 'Spring Breakers,' is rubbing off on Swift in a professional sense.

A source said, "It will be Taylor's biggest challenge to date but she cannot wait."

It certainly will be a physical challenge and she'll be required to hold her own against some acting heavyweights. However, it's said that she wants to work with soccer star Beckham. The insider continued, "She is also looking forward to working with David Beckham, whom she thinks is amazing looking, but taken." Grumble, grumble about that last part. Like really, we doubt Swift would take this role because Becks is eye candy.

It's said that director Matthew Vaughn wants Swift for the part since "she was a natural on the big screen. She's also someone fresh and unseen in Hollywood terms which was massively appealing."

The script is based on a comic book series and should hit the multiplex in Nov. 2014.

Swift had been considered for a role in 'Les Miserables' and she also had a brief (and cute) role in the ensemble rom com 'Valentine's Day,' starring opposite her BF at the time Taylor Lautner. Taylor Squared -- remember them?!

UPDATE: Gossip Cop reports that the casting rumors are untrue, but no statements have been released from Swift nor her rep.
