Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber are making their Top 20 Songs debut this week with two new jams. One is their collaborative hit off of Bieber's 'Believe' album, 'Beauty and a Beat,' while Nicki Minaj's solo effort 'Va Va Voom' comes in at No. 15. 

Meanwhile, Kesha in encroaching on Maroon 5's No. 1 position with 'Die Young,' while Psy's 'Gangnam Style' falls back a bit from last week to No. 17.
