Zac Efron Chows Down on a Bug on ‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls’ [VIDEO]

Zac Efron can sing and dance (boy, can he dance), and now he can survive in the wild.

The 26-year-old actor is one of a handful of celebrities who were brave enough to join Bear Grylls on his new reality show ‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls.’ Zefron — along with other big names like Ben Stiller, Channing Tatum and Tom Arnold — joined the nature survivalist out in the wilderness of who-knows-where for 48 hours, guided by Grylls on how to make it out in one piece.

In the first video preview of the show, Zac is seen chowing down on… a bug?! A second later we get a glimpse of him spitting, and who could blame him? We certainly wouldn’t be able to keep a bug down, and definitely not with a smile on our faces like Zac!

Check out the first look of the show above to get a peek at how the other actors fare. ‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls’ will premiere on NBC on Monday, July 28.
